Pitch Night

Seven finalists will be selected from a pool of online applications to pitch their business ideas to a panel of expert judges in front of a live audience. Cash prizes will be awarded to three finalists, including one $5,000 grand prize and two $2,500 runners-up prizes.
Participants can apply HERE for this “shark tank” style program beginning October 2. Deadline is Tuesday, October 22. The seven finalists selected to pitch will be notified by October 29.
The public is welcome to participate as a member of the audience and watch the competition on the evening of the event. This competition is just one of several planned for the library’s celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), which runs November 18 - 24. The Hudson Library’s “Pitch Night” and entrepreneurial programs are generously supported by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation.
