Burton D. Morgan Foundation delivers and supports several dynamic program initiatives to further our mission and funding priorities, support entrepreneurs of all stages, and catalyze economic growth in our region and beyond.
YIPPEE Exchange
YIPPEE Exchange supports entrepreneurship education for youth through a market-based approach to philanthropy in which educators decide what we fund using a points-based system. We put high-quality products on the platform; give educators points to purchase them; and pay providers based on what educators buy. All are welcome to join the marketplace that builds student skills and exposes students to entrepreneurs in their communities.
NEOLaunchNET
NEOLaunchNET is a co-curricular, cross-campus program that serves students, alumni, staff, and faculty interested in entrepreneurship and innovation. Launched in 2012 (originally in affiliation with Blackstone Charitable Foundation), LaunchNET is free to participants and promotes entrepreneurial thinking, innovative mindset, creative collaboration, and venture creation. The campus programs are designed to leverage the unique assets and strengths of each school.
Morgan Startup Grants
To support startup businesses, Morgan Foundation provides catalytic funding to nonprofit organizations and collegiate institutions for dissemination to early-stage entrepreneurs in the form of microgrants. We believe that young businesses can benefit and grow with even small amounts of seed funding.
Scalerator NEO
Scalerator NEO is a cohort-based educational program for entrepreneurs and their teams who want to deliver immediate growth to their businesses and are open to learning new ways to achieve this goal from industry experts. This six-month transformational program targets companies with sales between $3 million and $15 million whose owners have a strong ambition to scale their businesses quickly and sustainably. Companies in all sectors, from manufacturing to technology to consumer goods, are encouraged to apply. A diverse cohort provides the most fertile ground for a successful Scalerator experience.
