The President & Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors and directly supervises: Vice President-
Community Investment, Vice President-Marketing & Communication, Vice President & Chief Development Officer,
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Executive Assistant; total staff of 22. Other important relationships include
donors and their representatives, investment advisors, public and private sector community leaders, members of the
media and outside advisors.
The President & CEO provides professional leadership and assistance to the Board of Directors in all matters related
to the accomplishment of the Foundation's goals; implements Board policies; directs and oversees the overall
strategic direction, grantmaking, development, communications and administrative activities of the Foundation; and
manages a $3.7MM operating budget.
