Burton D. Morgan Foundation - Executive Assistant
Position Description
The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to support the maximization of the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of President/CEO. The role will support advancing the vision, mission, and core values of Burton D. Morgan Foundation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the free enterprise system and entrepreneurship.
The role will be responsible for fostering positive working relationships with Burton D. Morgan Foundation trustees, staff, and for-profit and non-profit business leaders in Northeast Ohio and beyond at many levels. In doing so, the Executive Assistant will help the President/CEO stay focused on the highest leverageable activities that drive Burton D. Morgan Foundation forward. This will be done primarily through administrative support to the President/CEO and support to other team members as needed. This includes but is not limited to calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting arrangements, event planning, initiative management, document preparation and review, program coordination, creating and gathering agendas and materials, filtering and responding to emails, and supporting in any other ways where there are opportunities.
