The position of Youth Manufacturing Experience Program Associate is responsible for supporting the Manager of Experiential Learning at the MAGNET Innovation, Technology and Job Center in the heart of Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood. The Program Associate will collaborate and work jointly with the MAGNET Talent Team and external partners to offer our high-quality, hands-on educational experience for students, teachers, and adults to bring awareness to opportunities within the manufacturing industry in Cleveland and across Northeast Ohio. We have served nearly 6,000 students since our programming began in January 2023.
