The Director of Programming will oversee the delivery and expansion of SEA Change's affiliate and Signature Cohort programming. This role involves providing critical support to our affiliate network, managing and guiding Market Managers, and ensuring seamless and consistent program operations using key management tools. Working very closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Programming will also play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of our programs and identifying opportunities for growth.
