Angela Evans Joins Leadership Portage County's Class of 2025
We are proud to announce that Angela Evans, Senior Program Officer for Burton D. Morgan Foundation has been selected to participate in the latest cohort of Leadership Portage County, which kicked off in September.
Leadership Portage County is a nine-month experience designed to develop active and influential leaders with the appropriate knowledge to address important issues facing Portage County. Participants are engaged in exploring the region to gain a deep understanding of the county’s opportunities and challenges. These experiential learning opportunities also provide professional development to assist participants in building their personal leadership skills.
Angela commented, "While I already believe that Portage County is a fantastic place to live, work, learn, and play, I wanted to participate in Leadership Portage County to further explore the county’s assets and connect with others committed to continuous improvement. I feel fortunate to be part of Leadership Portage County’s largest class, which features an impressive mix of individuals from nonprofit organizations, universities, businesses, and government departments. I’m excited to learn alongside my peers and collaborate with them during the program and in the years to come. I’m thankful to Burton D. Morgan Foundation leadership for supporting my participation in the program."
Congratulations, Angela!
