International Student Pitch Contest by Global Cleveland
On February 12, 2020, Global Cleveland will be presenting 12 international students who have impressive talents, experience and an innovative idea to pitch in front of employers. This opportunity is not limited to current students;previously enrolled, a graduate or an international newcomer currently residing in Northeast Ohio can start filling out application form. Selected international students/newcomers will pitch to attendees and guest judges (employers from different fields to showcase/demo in a table style presentation).
There are 4 categories for student/newcomer to pitch in:
• Business Management and Process Improvement
• IT/Connected Devices (IOT)
• Community/Civic Innovations
• Healthcare/Biomedical
Submission of Ideas
The final call for submission is January 24, 2020 and finalists will be announced in the last week of January. Please submit a single paragraph describing your pitch ideas and/or 3 slides with a summary.
Prizes
Our esteemed judges will announce a winner from each category and the winner will receive $700 gift card. In addition, all attendees will have an opportunity to vote a 'People's Choice' winner ($200 Gift Card).
