Twelve Companies Join the 2025 Scalerator NEO Cohort
Burton D. Morgan Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of the ninth cohort of Scalerator NEO, a unique growth program for entrepreneurial leaders committed to elevating their businesses. Twelve companies from Cuyahoga, Lake, Portage, Summit, and Wayne counties were selected for participation.
Diverse and Driven Cohort Ready to Scale
This year’s group showcases a compelling mix of industries and backgrounds, with seven companies being minority and/or woman-owned. The cohort collectively includes nearly 400 full-time employees and close to $100 million in revenue, with the potential to play a pivotal role in strengthening the region’s economy and its entrepreneurial community. Empowering Growth Through Proven Expertise
Scalerator NEO was developed by Daniel Isenberg, CEO of Entrepreneurship Policy Advisors and former Harvard Business School professor. More than 400 companies have participated in Scalerator to date across the globe, with former cohorts taking place in Northeast Ohio, Milwaukee, Manizales, Atlantic Canada, Rio de Janeiro and Trinidad and Tobago. This seven month transformational program targets companies with sales between $3 million and $15 million, whose owners have a strong ambition to scale their businesses quickly and sustainably. It empowers business leaders to accelerate growth through focused workshops on the 3C’s – Customers, Capacity, and Cash. With a track record of 75% of participants boosting growth by at least 25% post-program, Scalerator NEO is a beacon for regional economic enhancement.
The cost to attend and all program expenses are covered by Burton D. Morgan Foundation and the Fasenmyer Fund, reflecting their commitment to entrepreneurial education and stimulating business growth in Northeast Ohio.
