Nominations Due Soon for the Samuel H. Elliott Educator Award
The Samuel H. Elliott Award is presented annually to a K-12 teacher in Northeast Ohio for outstanding accomplishments in developing in young people a better understanding of the free enterprise system, ethical business management and/or entrepreneurial thinking. This year the award will consist of a $2,500 prize and an engraved plaque. The award was established in 1976 by The Harvard Business School Club of Northeastern Ohio in cooperation with EconomicsAmerica to recognize the work of outstanding educators.
Guidelines for Nominations and Applications
Administrators and teachers can nominate someone for the award or teachers can apply themselves. Only Northeast Ohio educators are eligible to win. Applications and nominations are due by Friday, October 15th. The award will be presented at the Enspire 2021 Conference on Saturday, November 6th.
