Nominations for GCEC Awards Due August 6
The Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC) awards are designed to showcase and celebrate the very best of university entrepreneurship. Each year, the GCEC recognizes the top entrepreneurship programs in nine categories. More than one winner may be selected in each category, except for the Nasdaq Center of Entrepreneurial Excellence. Categories include the following:
- Emerging Entrepreneurship Center
- Venture Creation
- Entrepreneurship Across Disciplines
- Specialty Entrepreneurship Education
- Entrepreneurship Teaching and Pedagogical Innovation
- Student Engagement & Leadership
- Entrepreneurship Research
- Nasdaq Center of Entrepreneurial Leadership Award
Nominations are also welcomed for the GCEC Legacy Award, given to an individual for a lifetime body of work advancing entrepreneurship that has created a legacy impact.
Award winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony at the 2021 GCEC Conference hosted by Loyola University Maryland and University of Baltimore, October 14-16, 2021. A leader from your Center must be registered for and attend the conference to be considered for an award.
Nominations must be received by midnight August 6, 2021 to be considered.
